Ramesh and this artist perceive this painting differently. Tim calls it "A Leap of Faith" while Ramesh titled it "Transcendentalism." Ramesh sees this as a representation of a woman transcending from the body into the spiritual. Tim sees it as a representation of a woman being completely trusting in the Lord, able to give over everything to His care. They are not such different concepts. Transcending requires faith, being completing trusting is a transcending experience. Both are manifestations of the spiritual.
