Born and raised in Cincinnati, William is not a typical artist. He holds no degrees or certifications in art. He grew up with an appreciation of art and began collecting art in high school. In 1996, he started to study how to draw and paint, taking classes at the Cincinnati Art Academy. This is his representation of a Native American in traditional dress.
