Artist Sunday:
Meet Marlena Hebenstreit
on Sunday, September 22, 2019
fron Noon to 5:00 PM.
Marlena is the creative force behind this collection of
works focusing on the spirituality of Dr. King.
Explore with her the way in which she was inspired by
visits to places that touched Dr. King's life and events
which shaped his mission. Question her about her
artistic choices and challenges that shaped her mission
to bring Dr. King to life through art.
There is no fee to attend any of the events related to the initial showing of the new collection.
It is the practice of the Museum to ask for a $5 per person donation
for the purpose of keeping the doors open.
A donation of that amount or greater would be deeply appreciated and would help
continue the mission to display inspirational art from many faith journeys in one place.
